Genesis 5:3 (King James Version)
And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:

Thus the space from the creation to the deluge is made Genesis 5:2 Genesis 5:242 ; years, according to the Vatican copy, but Genesis 5:2 Genesis 5:262 ; by the Alexandrine; and the sum total by Josephus is Genesis 5:2 Genesis 5:265 ; by the Samaritan Genesis 5:1 Genesis 5:307 ; and the Hebrew Text, 1,656.
