We're so sorry that it negatively impacted your experience today. We use ad networks with filters installed to block certain topics and words, but unfortunately some inappropriate things sneak through, usually via images. These networks target ads to individual users, so we won't always see the same ads you do.

If you notice an inappropriate ad on our sites, you can help us block it by sending:

  • A screenshot of the ad
  • A link to the ad (more helpful). You can copy the link by right-clicking on the ad and selecting "copy link address." You can then paste that link into the message field below.

What's the difference between Ad-free, Premium and All Access?

Ad-free allows users to browse all free articles without advertisements on Crosswalk. The Crosswalk Plus package gives you full access to free and premium content ad-free. The All Access package includes all the Crosswalk Plus subscriber perks across Bible Study Tools, Christianity.com, and iBelieve.

How do I access the All Access network?

Your username and password will work across the sites included in the Salem Web Network: Crosswalk, BibleStudyTools, Christianity.com, and iBelieve.

How do I manage my account once I subscribe?

After you purchase a membership, you will be able to manage your account at crosswalk.com/my-account where you can update your payment information, change your password and cancel or renew your subscription.

Will my email subscriptions continue to be free?

Yes, you will continue to receive your devotionals and reading plans for free unless noted otherwise as Crosswalk Plus.

I have an existing Ad-free account, how do I login?

You can login by clicking the Plus Login button on the top right corner of every page. You will need to reset your password upon your first login. Please select 'I Forgot My Password' under the Plus Login button.

Can I give a PLUS subscription access as a gift?
