But he answered and said, It isnotmeet to take the children'sbread,and to cast it to dogs.

And she said, Truth,Lord:yetthedogseatof the crumbswhichfallfromtheirmasters'table.

ThenJesusanswered and said unto her,Owoman,great is thyfaith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt.Andherdaughter was made wholefrom that veryhour.

AndJesusdeparted from thence, and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee;and went upinto a mountain, and sat downthere.

Andgreatmultitudescame unto him,havingwith them those that werelame,blind,dumb,maimed,andmanyothers,andcastthemdownatJesus'feet;and he healedthem:

Insomuch that the multitudewondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.

ThenJesuscalledhisdisciples unto him, and said, I have compassionon the multitude,because they continue with menowthreedays,andhavenothingtoeat: and I willnotsendthemawayfasting,lest they faintin the way.

Andhisdisciplessay unto him,Whence should we have so muchbreadin the wilderness,as to fill so great a multitude?

AndJesussaith unto them,How manyloaves have ye?And they said, Seven,and a few little fishes.

And he commanded the multitude to sit downon the ground.

And he took the sevenloavesand the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, andgave to hisdisciples,and the disciples to the multitude.

And they didalleat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat that was leftsevenbasketsfull.
38
And they that did eatwere four thousandmen,besidewomenandchildren.

And he sent away the multitude, and tookship*, andcameinto the coasts of Magdala.
