New Living Translation (NLT)
44 On that day men were appointed to be in charge of the storerooms for the offerings, the first part of the harvest, and the tithes. For all the people of Judah took joy in the priests and Levites and their work.
The Message Bible (MSG)
44 That same day men were appointed to be responsible for the storerooms for the offerings, the firstfruits, and the tithes. American Standard Version (ASV)
44 And on that day were men appointed over the chambers for the treasures, for the heave-offerings, for the first-fruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them, according to the fields of the cities, the portions appointed by the law for the priests and Levites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites that waited.
GOD'S WORD Translation (GW)
44 On that day men were put in charge of the storerooms for the contributions, the first produce harvested, and a tenth of the people's money. The people of Judah were pleased with the ministry of the priests and Levites.
Holman Christian Standard Bible (CSB)

New International Reader's Version (NIRV)
44 At that time some men were put in charge of the storerooms. That's where all of the gifts the people brought were placed. They included the first shares of their crops. They also included a tenth of everything the Law required. From the fields that were around the towns the people had to bring the shares of their crops that were required by the Law. They gave them to the priests and Levites. That's because the people of Judah were pleased with the priests and Levites who were serving God.
